About the Role:
You will lead the North Hants Hub, working closely with Operational Managers and Advanced Practitioners across the county. This is a unique opportunity to drive positive change and service improvement, promoting collaborative, multi-disciplinary working and best practice in reablement care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight and Supervision
- Deliver effective clinical and peer supervision
- Liaise with Advanced Practitioners and countywide clinical leads to ensure clinical excellence
Service Management and Allocation
- Oversee case allocation for Occupational Therapy and Sensory teams
- Monitor key metrics such as length of stay, caseload distribution, and performance against KPIs
Demand and Resource Planning
- Identify and respond to trends in service demand and waitlists
- Collaborate with triage and quality leads to ensure optimal use of resources
Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, NHS professionals, consultants, and other partners to support integrated service delivery
Professional Development
- Oversee and coordinate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for team members
- Evaluate and prioritize CPD requests in line with service needs
Governance and Standards
- Ensure staff compliance with professional registrations (e.g., HCPC, RCOT, RWPN)
- Promote consistency in service delivery and risk management across the county

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Occupational Therapy or Rehabilitation Officer for Visual Impairment (ROVI) qualification with active professional registration

- The service operates 365 days a year
- You’ll be part of:
- An on-call rota (approximately 1 in 20 weeks)
